Bridge enables end-users to acquire and manage gas reserves as a source of long-term supply, securely and cost-effectively, without the expense and distraction of establishing an in-house oil and gas operation

Bridge Gas Solutions will:

• Work with management to clearly define supply objectives and procedures to meet those goals
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition/development of gas reserves
• Actively manage ongoing operations and development including coordination of essential third party services (land, audit, independent engineering)
• Provide detailed, consistent reporting, allowing end-user management to monitor its position in real time

Risk Management:

• Ongoing, detailed management of the production phase ensures compliance with agreements and optimal execution
• Expert technical evaluation combined with Monte Carlo analysis of outcomes provides clear and confident projections of volumes
• Assessment of management and financial controls and capabilities provides confidence in execution
• Deal structure aligns the interests of end-user and operator
